BONUSES TERMS & CONDITIONS

These Bonus Terms and Conditions apply to all promotions and campaigns offered from time to time. Promotions will also have specific terms applicable to them stated within the offer.

Each of the Bonuses and Promotions has its own set of terms and conditions and individual requirements if any. By activating a Bonus or Promotion, You confirm that You also agree to the applicable terms and conditions.

The Company reserves the right to void winnings as a result of wagering with an active bonus where a value, or part of a value, has been built up by You and subsequently activated with real money once the promotion has been completed or cancelled.

You must not engage in any activity which is intended to take unfair advantage of a Bonus. You may participate in the Games strictly in your personal non-professional capacity for recreational and entertainment reasons only. Unfair advantage includes using Bonus and promotions without a commensurate level of real money transactions.

If we have reasonable grounds to suspect that a Bonus is being claimed by or for the benefit of the same person more than once or by a group of people acting in concert then it may withdraw the availability of any Bonus or all Bonuses to that customer or group of customers and/or void any wager funded by the Bonus and remove any winnings from such wager.

The Company reserves the right to confiscate any winnings obtained as a result of a faulty bonus set up, human error or other errors out of our control.

Dailyspins reserves the right to remove bonus from all inactive accounts or accounts that are identified as “bonus abusers”

Dailyspins reserves the right to cancel any bonus at its sole description.

It is possible for your account to have multiple instances of bonus active. If You are awarded multiple different bonuses, they are queued from oldest to newest. You will wager the oldest first and only once it's completed will You move onto wagering the newer bonus issued.

If for any reason You decide to close your account or self-exclude during an ongoing promotional period You will no longer be eligible to receive a prize.

• Bonus play can begin only when your Real Money is depleted. If you make a Real Money withdrawal, you will forfeit your Bonus balance and all unclaimed bonus tokens in your Rewards section.

• All bonus money will contribute towards Levelling Up.

• The maximum wager when a Bonus is pending, or actively being turned over is $5 per spin or currency equivalent (5 EUR , 50 NOK, 5 CAD, 10 AUD, 500 RUB, 25 PLN, 10 NZD, 500 JPY, 2500 KZT, 50 TRY). You may lose your Winnings if you do not follow this rule.

• If a Player attempts to turn over their Casino bonus or use of bonus spins whilst their Real Money is locked in Pending or unsettled Bets, this will be considered abuse of promotion and breach of our Terms and Conditions and the Company reserves the right to withhold winnings resulting during such activity.

• A bonus is only valid once per Account/household/IP address/device. Should we have grounds to link two or more accounts together where bonuses or benefits have been claimed, we reserve the right to cancel any related transaction, any bonus or any other promotion without prejudice to any other action.

• Bonus money will expire 7 days after being awarded to you, unless stated otherwise in a promotional offer.

• Bonuses cannot be added to existing transactions. In order to claim a bonus, you must first opt into that bonus to be eligible to claim it. If you contact us without making a single bet with your balance from an eligible transaction, we could at our sole discretion add the correct bonus to your transaction.

• A Free Spin is Game specific and cannot be transferred. All free spins have a validity of 24 hours, unless stated otherwise in a promotional offer. The winnings have to be wagered 40x and you have 7 days to meet the wagering requirements.

• The Company reserves the right to withdraw the availability of any future Promotion at its own discretion if it sees disproportionate bonus betting as well as the right to void any wager placed while having an active Bonus and remove any winnings from such wager should your bonus ratio (deposits / bonuses) exceed 50%.

• Unless otherwise stated, all Bonuses have a minimum wagering requirement of at least 40x. This means that the Bonus must be staked 40 times before any potential Winnings are converted into Real Money.

• You can see how much you have wagered and how much you have left to wager before your winnings turn into Real Money under "Bonuses" in the "My Account" section.

• Certain games are excluded from bonus wagering, i.e they are restricted for players with an active bonus on their account. A notification will be shown if that is the case.

• Bonus funds cannot be used to place sports bets.

• Sports bets contribute 0% toward bonus wagering.
